Coming home from the market, I set a bouquet of daisies down on the table. The violet tablecloth reflected lovely tints on the pure white petals. I paused and admired how the lights and shadows sculpted each and every pretty petal. So I grabbed the camera to capture the image knowing I’d want to paint those daisies some day. And here they are! I hope you enjoy painting this project as much as I did.
A symbol of gentleness and innocence, the daisy remains forever my favorite flower.
