Adding buildings to a scene

Hi,
I have a terrible time adding buildings to natural scenes and still keeping perspective- they seem to always look twisted too big or too small...just not right. Any suggestions?

The Art of Perspective by Philip W Metzger as well as Perspective without Pain by the same author.
