Can I do this? I have a Tiffany kitchen light and I would like to change the sections that are tinted peach to another color. I won't be doing a design ,just a solid color over the peach. Would a sponge work better than a brush?
Hi NJ,
Cheryl here from Your Decorative Painting Resource...
I do hope the Tiffany is not an original! Painting it would de-value it tremendously. But if it's a Tiffany-like lamp then have fun with your project.
You can use either a sponge or a brush. DecoArt Americana Multi-Surface Acrylic paints come in many shades which can be inter-mixed to create new colors. They provide very good adhesion and solid coverage. I will be writing a product review very shortly on how much I loved using this new product.
