Walmart carries the plastic primer, Meijer also carries it. You can get it just about anywhere.
It's technically for plastics like patio furniture. And it's made by Rustoleum.
And the statues, I buy them from all over. Wherever I can find cute ones that are the bare white. They can't have paint or anything on them. Very intricate nice statues can be bought off internet sites.
